Copper Turbot Pan with 2 brass side handles. Tinned on the inside and it is handcrafted. This is a 1/12th scale miniature. Designed for poaching a whole turbot fish, this heavy gauge copper pan can also be used for cooking other flatfish as well as several smaller fillets. It takes its diamond shape from the shape of the turbot fish and enables cooking a whole fish for a beautiful presentation. This pan is 2 inches long X 1 1/2 inches wide X 1/2 inch deep.
